PPS Natural Powder — 140 Mesh

RENU™ PPS NAT-MP140 is a precision-milled polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) powder produced from clean post-industrial natural (unfilled) PPS scrap. PPS is a semi-crystalline engineering thermoplastic offering excellent chemical resistance — one of the broadest in the engineering plastics category — combined with dimensional stability, inherent flame retardancy, and good electrical properties. The 140-mesh grade is well-suited for powder coating of chemical-resistant components, compression molding, and as a polymer matrix in industrial composite applications. RENU™ PPS provides an economical path to PPS performance.

Processing Notes

PPS is inherently V-0 flame rated — no additives required.

PPS has the broadest chemical resistance of any engineering thermoplastic — no known solvent below 200°C.

Dry at 120–135°C for 3 hours before processing.

Note: PPS is brittle in unfilled form; consider reinforced grades for impact-critical applications (PolyClean does not mill filled PPS grades).
