PEEK LF Powder — Custom Mesh

RENU™ PEEK LF NAT-MP### provides the same flexible custom mesh sizing as TDS-003 in the low-flow PEEK grade. Milled from clean post-industrial low-viscosity PEEK scrap, this product covers mesh sizes from 20 to 170 mesh and is selected for applications where controlled melt flow during processing is important, combined with a non-standard particle size distribution. Ideal for compression molding of complex geometries, thermal spray with lower-energy systems, and research applications requiring specific particle size ranges.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

Note: RENU™ recycled powders are suitable for non-critical industrial, electronics, automotive, and commercial applications. They are NOT recommended for safety-critical aerospace structures or life-sustaining medical devices.

Application Area

Specific Uses

Compression Molding (Large Parts)

Coarser LF grades preferred for large tooling where finer powders compact unevenly

Thermal Spray (Low-Energy Systems)

LF grade coarser powders for lower-energy spray systems with larger nozzle orifices

R&D Applications

Laboratory work requiring specific particle size ranges in lower-flow PEEK

PACKAGING & AVAILABILITY
