RENU™ PEEK HF NAT-MP### is PolyClean’s custom-mesh version of the high-flow PEEK powder line. Produced from the same clean, post-industrial recycled PEEK feedstock as TDS-001, this product is precision-milled and sieved to customer-specified mesh sizes across the range of 20 to 170 mesh (approximately 850 µm to 90 µm top particle size). Custom mesh cuts are available for applications where standard 140-mesh particle size distributions are too fine or too coarse. Minimum order quantities apply — contact PolyClean for pricing and lead times.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
Note: RENU™ recycled powders are suitable for non-critical industrial, electronics, automotive, and commercial applications. They are NOT recommended for safety-critical aerospace structures or life-sustaining medical devices.
Application Area | Specific Uses |
Thermal Spray | Coarser mesh grades (20–60 mesh) preferred for flame and plasma spray coating systems |
Fluidized-Bed Coating | Medium mesh grades (40–80 mesh) for fluidized-bed powder coating processes |
Compression Molding | All mesh sizes applicable — coarser particles may improve flow in large tool geometries |
Composite Filler | Custom fines used as polymer filler in composite formulations |
R&D / Testing | Custom particle sizes for laboratory qualification and process development work |
