PEEK LF Powder — 140 Mesh

RENU™ PEEK LF NAT-MP140 is a precision-milled, low-flow grade PEEK powder derived from clean post-industrial recycled polyetheretherketone. The low-flow (LF) designation reflects feedstock derived from lower-viscosity PEEK scrap, yielding a powder with slightly different melt-flow characteristics while retaining excellent structural and thermal properties. The 140-mesh particle cut is suited for compression molding, press-and-sinter operations, and demanding powder coating applications where a more controlled flow during processing is preferred. Properties closely approximate virgin PEEK LF at significantly reduced material cost.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

Note: RENU™ recycled powders are suitable for non-critical industrial, electronics, automotive, and commercial applications. They are NOT recommended for safety-critical aerospace structures or life-sustaining medical devices.

Application Area

Specific Uses

Compression Molding

Preferred grade for press-and-sinter and direct compression molding — controlled flow aids part density

Powder Coating

Suitable for powder coating applications where slower flow during cure is advantageous for thick or vertical surfaces

Industrial Seals & Bearings

Seals, wear rings, thrust washers, and plain bearings in chemical processing equipment

Non-Critical Medical Devices

Instrument housings and non-implant structural components requiring chemical resistance

Electronics

Connectors, insulators, and carriers for high-temperature board-level assembly

Automotive

Seals and valve components in high-temperature automotive powertrain systems
